Business Development Manager

  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, scheduling appointments and building relationships, negotiating opportunities and securing service agreements.
  •  Successfully achieve or exceed quarterly individual pace/production goals based on assigned markets.
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all sales proposals created while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Create and execute recruiting plans to develop talent pool for future and existing openings.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts, integrating contract recruitment with business operations to meet, and surpass, agreed sales targets.
  • Build and develop relationships with hospitality clients and partners through service excellence and operational discipline to continue to grow market
  • Ensure high satisfaction and retention levels with associates and clients.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service through customizing staffing by incorporating client needs into our practices and ensure timely placement of talent.
  • Prepare business presentations, proposal & showcase company capabilities to prospective clients & their HR teams.
  • Promote and build professional client relationships; develop new sources of profitable business; meet clients and prospects; give presentations; to maintain excellent relationships and after sales support; to build rapport/mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy and plans.
  • Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
  • Raise the company and business profile representing Ready Skills at industry events.
