Manager – Student Retention
- Handle social media responses to students in line with CEDP’s values.
- Coordination with faculty team to ensure that batches from start to end are seamless for a positive student experience.
- Coordination with Examination team to ensure smooth handling of the entire process including disbursal of certifications.
- Effective resolution of student / parent grievances to the satisfaction within defined TAT’s and in line with our processes / SOP’s.
- Ensure retention of students and increase students happiness quotient.
- Managing student feedback mechanisms are and provide effective solutions for any issues that may arise.
- Monitor student related apps.
- Ensure Alumni’s are pitched for new courses / up gradation to their existing skills and revenue is generated through the same.
- Ensure product and software training to sales team of all centres is provided within given time frame.
- Manage team performance is aligned to company goals.
- Responsible for teams like front office, chat, lead management and student coordinators.
- Any other responsibility that the management assigns from time-to-time.
