Salary Range:  ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:  Day shift

Objective:

The role demands the candidate to call people from the leads provided and generate walk-ins. Council the students once they walking on the best course from them.

Enroll students as per monthly target assigned.

Job Description:

Day to day responsibilities & scope of the job

• Call students from database generated
• Generate walk –ins as per target assigned
• Convert candidates into paid admitted students
• Group counselling
• Follow the sales process and complete the admission
• Self-initiative to improve efficiency

Skills & Competencies requirement

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi)
• Guiding the candidate for right course, negotiation, objection handling skill’s
• Organising and planning competencies
• Time management skills
• Technical skills related to calling and data management
