• Define marketing strategies of CWF to support and align with the company’s overall strategies and objectives
• Build strategy and functional plans for business enhancement and build organisational brand
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including business partners, relevant officials and stakeholders
• Provide market intelligence to the Directors and senior management and submit reports on market movement as per student recruitment cycle
• Oversee the function of assessment and personally handle difficult cases in terms of assessment parameters and results
• Putting gross efforts to provide critical care for Institutional and potential clients
• To plan and organize marketing functions and operations to ensure 100% accomplishment of sales revenues
• To build private label brands that will attract past and existing students and clients for association with CWF
• Build business plan in collaboration with Sales & Marketing, Academia & Faculty and Branding and Corporate Communication function from the placement standpoint basis the evaluation of student quality and required quality bench mark
• To ensure results and strategic branding recommendations to client management
• To create data driven reports and translate the results into campaign best practices, as well as future action and decision making
• To lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with the business requirement and development of the team performance and operation
• To represent the organisation at domestic / global platforms across various domestic / international platforms and summit as applicable
• Effectively control marketing expenditure specific to placement and brand building and ensure effective utilisation of fund
• To ensure and lead vendor negotiations without compromising business goals
• Enable development and delivery of high visible advertising campaigns
• To lead the function and guide the top management in constantly driving solution oriented approach and manage internal and external communications and drive the projects to completion
• Build, develop and channelize the team members in achieving broader business and functional goals
• Plan on daily, weekly, monthly basis and ensure execution is as per decided POA
• Product & Process Training for the team & branch office as and when required
• Motivate team members to achieve their daily, weekly & monthly targets
• Distributing targets to the team, taking care of timely payments and necessary approvals for the services as well as developing, implementing and maintaining a business plan for the department.
• Ensure KRA evaluation for all the reportees and effective result orientation
• Publish periodic functional dashboard / performance chart and representation for effective decision making at the functional and management level
• Establish process SOPs and ensure process compliance
• Conduct trend analysis based on the reports/data received that should include competitor research
• Tie ups/Alliance with different industries to place our students and for bulk requirement generation
• Any other responsibility that the management assigns from time to time
