CEDP Skill Institute’s Hotel Management students gained firsthand insights into the hospitality industry during a recent campus recruitment drive led by Nino Foods, renowned for its signature brand, Kha – Fried Chicken. The event brought together aspiring students and Nino Foods Head of HR, Mr. Sushant Shinge, for a session that combined industry knowledge with real-world employment opportunities.
Thirty students from CEDP Skill Institute’s Hotel Management program attended an engaging session and presentation delivered by Mr. Shinge. Following this, fifteen students participated in a comprehensive campus drive designed to assess skills and readiness for the industry. Out of these fifteen, twelve students were shortlisted, highlighting the high caliber of talent and preparedness fostered at CEDP Skill Institute.
One student expressed the impact of the experience, stating, “Participating in this drive was an incredible opportunity. Meeting industry experts and getting direct feedback has given me a clear vision for my career in hospitality.”

With nearly 80% of participating students advancing toward potential careers with Nino Foods, the drive marks a promising step in CEDP skill institute’s mission to create employable, skilled professionals ready to thrive in a dynamic industry.
