In a recent engagement aimed at nurturing the next generation of hospitality talent, Tim Hortons, a leading name in the global coffee and quick-service industry, conducted a session and recruitment drive at CEDP Skill Institute. The session was led by Tim Hortons’ HR representative, Ms. Navya Luthra, who introduced students to the brand’s values, operational principles, and growth trajectory in India.
The session attracted 27 students from CEDP Skill Institute’s Hotel Management course, giving them an in-depth look at the skills and qualities sought by major players in the industry. Following the presentation, 18 students proceeded to participate in the recruitment drive. Of these, 12 students were successfully shortlisted, showcasing their readiness and alignment with the expectations of a renowned international brand.
One of the participating students shared their thoughts on the experience, saying, “Connecting with professionals from Tim Hortons gave me a whole new perspective on the demands of the hospitality industry. It’s been a major step forward in understanding my career path.”
