The caffeinated drinks like coffee may cause you to feel even more tired when it wears off. These drinks are good refreshments but don’t have a long-lasting effect. As your body feels the effect less and less, it will crave more caffeine. Drinking a moderate amount of caffeine isn’t likely to cause stress, headaches and make you feel jittery.

Maintaining a good health and active lifestyle is very important. You can walk indoors and practicing yoga, meditation or enjoy on-the-spot jogging. Physical activities releases endorphins and help in getting better sleep and wake up fresh in the morning.
