JOB DESCRIPTION

Required Qualifications : MBA / Equivalent

Experience : 5 – 8 Yrs ( Location : Mumbai- Borivali)

Centre coordinator should have excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business goals and a strong understanding of customer service. Able to convert enquiries related to educational courses to paid admissions.

Good with monitoring/evaluating the services provided & ensuring their quality standards.

Should have Innovative mind set; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas

Should be “people-persons”, have excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of customer needs

Able to train and supervise staff, good with delegating and coordinating tasks among the subordinates / faculties.

Should have documentation skills as well as administrative skills; for managing files, records, and other data processing-related tasks

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate: at Borivali
