Manager – Affiliations & Examination

  • Identification of new affiliations through research and understand the eligibility and documentation required.
  • Submission of the application along with the required document before the last date of application.
  • Execution of inspections with all necessary requirements and arrangements as per the date of inspection.
  • End to end communication and follow up with affiliating body/university and internal departments pre /post affiliation.
  • Process renewal before the affiliation validity expires.
  • Maintain all documents, files, records and affiliation certificates along with renewed ones.
  • Preparation of examination schedule along with invigilation schedule and or coordinate with affiliating bodies and or university to finalize the exam schedule and communicate with the concerned stakeholder minimum 15 days’ prior the schedule or as per the norm of affiliating body or university.
  • Exam clearance process.
  • Supervise and ensure pre exam requirements are met and made available as per the policy / defined by the affiliating body and or university.
  • Conduction of exams as per the guidelines available / provided by the affiliating body / university.
  • Result announcement within 15 days or as per the date declared by /mutually discussed with affiliating body and or the university.
  • Process Re exam and re-evaluation as applicable.
  • Process certifications of successful candidates and distribution of the same once received.
  • Address and resolve grievances related to the entire process of examination and certification.
  • End to end communication and follow up with affiliating body and or university and internal departments for the entire process of examination and certification.
  • Designing and documentation of departmental process flows.
  • Documentation of functions and features specific to process flow.
  • Monitoring phase wise timeline of ERP development.
  • Scheduling and communication of Process Training calendar.
  • Conduct process training & evaluation.
  • Refresher session basis on the process gap reported & evaluation.
  • Inputs to be provided for the student testimonials.
  • Share success stories with public relation team in coordination with Branding & corporate communication function.
  • Understanding project requirement and prepare project proposal basis the requirements with necessary internal coordination.
  • Negotiations and finalization of deal.
  • End to end coordination and execution of the project.
  • Prepare relevant project report.
  • Research on topics relevant to the industry and contribute in growth.
  • Convey the findings to management.
  • Take actions as directed and take up and complete the task assigned by the management.
