Office Administrator

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls take messages and communicate information and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Maintain HR records, insurance, company assets and personnel transactions
  • Travel arrangement like flight and hotel bookings, transfers for staffs and Owners.General Administration – Making sure that filing system are accurate, complete soft and hard copies and provide administrative support Managers and Owners.Organizing internal meetings and events
  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, accounts payable and receivable
  • Recording day-to-day transactions into appropriate systems (payables, receivables, petty cash, prepaids etc.)Preparing/ processing business payments
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedAssist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Acts as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
