Time: 11am – 3pm

Salary Range: 30 – 60 K (Net take home), Any exceptions to be approved by HOD & Directors.

Minimum requirement:

Qualifications: Any Graduate, Post Graduate, Any degree/diploma in Sales & Marketing would be an added benefit.

Total Experience: 7+ years, Minimum 3 years in team management.

Age: 30 to 45 yrs.

Location: Preferably in and around thane.


The Objective of this position is to ensure the company goals are achieved on monthly, quarterly and annually.

Job Description:

Day to day responsibilities & scope of the job

  • Daily, weekly and monthly planning of sales.
  • Roster planning
  • 100% Achievement of set goals
  • Team management
  • Motivating the team
  • Ensuring compliance to SOPs
  • Handling B2B products
  • Innovating on a regular basis on the plans, products and process.
  • Identify growth and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive discipline in team.
